One month update

Well Parker is already a month old and has changed so much.
Saturday night we had her sleep in her own crib in her own room and she did so well that I don’t think we’ll be putting her back in our room anymore. It’s kind of nice not to have her right next to the bed because she is a LOUD sleeper and was keeping me up all night even when she wasn’t awake:)
She went to her first party on Sunday when we went to the neighbor’s house for the Super Bowl and slept through the entire thing.
We tried giving her a bottle for the first time on Sunday and she did great and drank it all up. It was kind of nice for Jared to be able to feed her.
Yesterday she went to the doctor for her 1-month visit and they said she looks great and is very aware of things around her and makes great eye contact. She is 8lbs 13oz and grew a whole inch making her 21.5 inches long now. She got a shot and was not too happy about it, but a barbie bandaid seemed to help her calm down.
The BIGGEST news is that last night she actually gave us over 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep before I had to finally wake HER up to eat. That was a great gift!
So our perfect little girl is doing great and is a very happy baby… and we are very happy parents:)
